How quickly will I get a reply?
We typically respond within one business day. Detailed, well-described reports are usually resolved faster because we don't have to ask follow-up questions.
I didn't receive an expected emailโ€”what should I do?
First, refresh your inboxโ€”delivery can take a few moments. Confirm the sender used the exact address, and remember that messages are automatically deleted after a temporary period. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with the inbox name and the approximate time it was sent.
Can you recover a deleted or expired message?
Because we automatically delete messages to protect your privacy, expired mail cannot be recovered. For messages you need to keep, use a Private inbox and consider enabling email forwarding to your real address.
I'm a developerโ€”where do I get API help?
Generate and rotate your API key from your profile, and route test mail using the X-Applied-Token header. If you hit an issue, include your use case (QA, CI/CD, etc.) and any error messages so we can pinpoint the problem quickly.
How do I report abuse or a security issue?
Please email us with the details. For security vulnerabilities, report them privately and allow us time to investigate before any public disclosureโ€”see our Security page for our responsible-disclosure approach.
